why the premier league is at its best

So Man Utd have dropped points to West Brom who in turn dismantled Arsenal while Chelsea are destroyed by Sunderland, and lets include Liverpool who realised that Blackpool is not just a joke, the reason for these results and a table being so compact it is near untrue, is that in the summer the big teams did not spend big, so while Real Madrid bought Ozil, and Barcelona bought Villa, it was Man Utd who bought an unknown unproven striker in Hernandez and Chelsea bought Ramieres, but that is not the only reason in fact it is the likes of Sunderland who parted with £13 million that's double what Man Utd spent for Hernandez, all in all we are finding out that the big 4 is no longer that and the gap is closing, not only in terms of spending but now and more crucially in terms of points.

why referees going on strike might be good news

So Scottish football is on the brink of cancelling this weekends games of football, because the referees feel that the abuse they get is going over the limit and in comparison to the English game they are right, in England at the worst an article in the paper may occur, but in Scotland the word death comes into play, the fact is that this mistrust all started because of the Dundee United vs Celtic incident and from that moment on there has been nothing but mistrust, what would be nice to see is that some other countries lot of referees come in, and they make a mistake then the fans will see what happens.

something different

While many may argue that wrestling is not a sport, because it is staged i had the privilege of watching a show called TNA, although I have seen the WWE which is the biggest wrestling company in the world today with such events as the royal rumble and sumerslam and of course Wrestlmania, TNA has gripped me for the past 2 years, and that is because it is different the wrestlers who are slowly becoming recognised names such as AJ Styles and Samoa Joe, and of course the only man who wrestlers today with a gold medal round his neck Kurt Angle, in fact since his arrival in 2006 I believe that he has not had one bad fight, his commitment to the sport is astounding he had a broken neck while winning the Olympic gold, and with TNA's viewing figures going up by around 150% in Britain this year, change might just be happening, if only TNA could focus more on the youth MCMG and generation me, and less on the experience Hulk Hogan and Eric Bischoff then maybe the future of TNA will be bright, and the change that is being promised will be a positive one.

£14.95 we want our money back.

If you are old enough to remember when heavyweight boxing meant 2 men fighting for all they had, losing sweat and blood and tears for the ultimate prize, after Saturdays performance it seems to me that the only thing that was on Harrison and to some point Haye's mind was the pay slip, 1 punch by either men in 202 second is disgraceful, when compared to the fighters such as Bruno, Lewis, Ali, Haye who tells anyone who can bother listening to him that he is the best in the world right now. That may be but he has only fought 5 heavyweights fights and he is the world champion, compare him to Bruno who had 6 classic heavyweight fights and victories by the way until he could even consider to fight for this title which in the last 10 years has lost all meaning.

Champions League what have we learnt so far.

so here we stand in the champion league and with 4 games of the 6 gone, the predictability of the group stages has yet again supplied, next to no huge surprises maybe with the exception of Basel beating Roma, but in general we have predicted the general outcome of every game, and yet again the group stages are used to develop the inner arrogance of the 4 participating English teams.
But what have the English clubs actually achieved, Manchester United learnt that they could not even come close to defeating a weak Rangers team at home, and that Arsenal's youth just is not developing at the pace that Arsene Wenger tells all of his fans, finally we have learnt that Tottenham are now relying too much on Van Der Vaart and Bale, without these two Redknapp seems destined to blame either Referee or the strength of the other team then blaming the short comings of his squad.
As for Chelsea who have they faced 3 teams which many would struggle to put up an argument to why they deserve to be in the champions league at all.
It's the same old story the English teams have been glorified just so the media can bring the teams back down to the harsh reality when they are all defeated and we do not have an Englsih team at the Wembley Final.

Blackpool are going going gone up to 9th

My first thoughts about Blackpool Fc, a well run club, well managed and with the current predicament that is going on in football I must credit Blackpool for playing the attractive football which makes a championship team look like a true premier league team, even with a low budget and even with the media on Ian Holloway's back I must say that the refreshing way of football that Blackpool display simply will not last why? I hear you shout at your screen, the answer is the January transfer windows these players who are playing better than Yaya Toure, now wants to much up with his exageraent wages.
